Sarah Szczech, LMT
Massage Therapist
Sarah Szczech has been practicing bodywork since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of experience, intuition, and deep presence to her work. Her path began with a foundation in massage therapy, but over time, her approach evolved into something far more integrative—blending therapeutic precision with a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal.
Drawn by a love for movement, nature, and exploration, Sarah has continually deepened her understanding of the body through ongoing education and hands-on experience. Over the years with various teachers and mentors, she has prioritized advanced training in modalities such as Thai Yoga Massage and Sarga Bodywork, a barefoot method of myofascial release —refining a style that is both intentional and highly effective. Her work is informed not only by technique, but by years of listening to bodies and honoring their individual patterns and needs.
Since 2010, she has been based in Telluride, Colorado, where she cultivated a loyal clientele and developed her signature approach to bodywork. Today, Sarah is expanding her practice, splitting her time between Telluride and Denver. In Denver, she offers Sarga Bodywork—a deeply effective barefoot technique that uses gravity, broad pressure, and slow, intentional movement to support fascial release and lasting change in the body.
Her practice also incorporates myofascial release, Thai Yoga Massage, Thai abdominal massage, and reflexology. Each session is guided by presence and responsiveness, allowing the body to unwind at its own pace. Sarah believes that with consistent, mindful work, the body already knows how to heal—her role is simply to listen and facilitate that process.
With a grounded yet intuitive approach, Sarah creates a space where clients can reconnect, restore, and experience true transformation from within.
